Ahead of the City Camp 2024 event, event promoters The RoomMate Entertainment with Pratama Pradana Pic and JoyKish revealed about the event preparations.
It is known that City Camp will be held on October 5, 2024 at Indonesia Arena.
Ahead of next month’s event, Tiara as Project Manager of The RoomMate Entertainment revealed about the preparation for the event.
“So far, so far because it is very close, of course we are working with the artist’s management there so that the artist’s comfort and logistics are fulfilled.”
“We already have a professional production team that has oversaw the concert. We are already 80 percent ready,” said Tiara at the press conference held at CGV FX Sudirman on Thursday (12/9/2024).
Regarding the venue, Tiara said the selection of Indonesia Arena as the venue was the right thing for this festival.
“Indonesia Arena is a very suitable venue for the line-up of artists in City Camp 2024. They have a lot of fans. Indonesia Arena is a good venue because it can accommodate all,” she explained.
Tiara also guarantees that the City Camp event will run smoothly. This is done by setting a queue number for fans.
The promoter also revealed that there will be exclusive merchandise provided at the event.
“There must be. We have accommodated the aspirations of fans. We will have exclusive merchandise that can only be purchased at City Camp,” said Tiara.
Regarding the duration of the event, the organizers have not been able to reveal the complete rundown.
But it is certain that the event will start from noon to night with the duration of the artist’s appearance not less than 1 hour.
On the same occasion, Siska as Director of Pratama Pradana PIC spilled about ticket availability.
“Diamond tickets were sold out from the initial announcement. All tickets are still available but for Platinum there are a few left,” he said.
At the end of the event, the promoter urged fans to buy tickets immediately because the organizers would not provide discounts.
