South Korean actor Yoo Yeon Seok will greet his fans in Indonesia in person. The star of the drama series When The Phone Rings will hold a fan meeting titled ‘The Secret Code: Y’ at JIEXPO Theater, North Jakarta on Saturday, April 5, 2025. This was announced by BIG Select, his agency, on Instagram today, Monday (February 24, 2025).
Besides Jakarta, Yoo Yeon Seok will also visit several other cities during his fan meeting tour, including Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, and Singapore. Jakarta will be the final city he visits in this series of fan meetings.
However, there are no detailed announcements yet regarding the ticket sales and prices for the Jakarta fan meeting.
For your information, Yoo Yeon Seok began his acting career in the film Oldboy (2003). He also starred in a number of popular K-dramas, including Reply 1994 (2013), Dr. Romantic (2017), Mr. Sunshine (2018), and two seasons of Hospital Playlist (2020-2021). His most recent drama, When The Phone Rings (2024), has garnered significant attention from the public.
In fact, Yoo Yeon Seok won Best Actor (Mini Series) and Best Couple at the MBC Drama Awards 2024 for his role in When The Phone Rings. In the drama, he plays Baek Sa Eon, the president’s spokesperson and husband of Hong Hae Joo, played by Chae Soo Bin. Many viewers were captivated by Yoo Yeon Seok’s acting skills and his strong chemistry with his co-star in When The Phone Rings.
