After a year of ‘long-distance- relationships’ with Indonesian fans, finally The Boyz greeted Deobina again at THE BOYZ WORLD TOUR 2024: ZENERATION II in Jakarta yesterday, August 24, 2024, at Tennis Indoor Senayan Jakarta.
This reunion was very energetic and lively because Deobina and The Boyz had been waiting for a long time. Also, The Boyz member already unlocked another Indonesian word that makes the fans laugh and screaming. There’s a lot of’melokal’ moments at this concert last night.
Kevin introduces himself and says, ‘Gokil, Goks!’ At the end of his speech, he praises the audience’s energy by saying, ‘Menyala Abangku!’. And the next member is Eric, who was surprised by Indonesian fans who understand Korean language, then cutely saying ‘I love you’ in Korean words, but at the end of his speech he’s saying ‘Sayang sayangkuu’ while making a heart sign.
Not only Eric who flirted with the ‘sayang’ word, Changmin also called the audience ‘sayang sayangkuu’ in a cute way more than Eric.
At the end of the concert THE BOYZ WORLD TOUR 2024: ZENERATION II in Jakarta, Chanhee was still confused by ‘gokil’ words, and Changmin taught him the words ‘sayang sayang ku gokil’ to him. And for the best part of ‘melokal’ momen last night was Jacob singing an Indonesian song from Juicy Luicy-Sialan.
The audience was really excited and joined to sing a long song together. Jacob said, even though he didn’t really understand the meaning of this song, This song is really good, and he likes it.
I hope someday there’s going to be a collaboration between The Boyz and Indonesian artists, perhaps? Stay tuned with Todaystageid!
