Concert Concept: More Than Music — A Live Drama Experience on Stage
David Shin, CEO of Kelebrity Worldwide Inc., explained that the songs were carefully selected from globally popular and iconic Korean dramas. “We want to deliver the best to the audience by featuring legendary OST artists with huge fanbases,” he said during a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday (July 9, 2025).
David added that KOSTCON isn’t an ordinary concert. “We aim to create a show that feels like a live drama on stage, inviting the audience to fully immerse in every emotion conveyed by the performers,” he added.
Cinematic Experience with Stunning Visuals and Seamless Stage Transitions
Sean Pereira, Group Managing Director of HiFive Entertainment, shared that the concert will be arranged with a cinematic flow. The audience will feel as if they’re watching a drama unfold live, complete with scene transitions, lighting, and stage visuals perfectly synchronized.
Industry Support and Local Commitment
The Korean Management Federation (KMF) fully supports the event. KMF Director Myunggil Lee said KOSTCON proves that OSTs are a vital part of Korea’s cultural export—not just background music but an emotional bridge between artists and global fans.
Meanwhile, Aulia Mahariza, CEO of TMC Indonesia, emphasized that as a local partner, they ensure KOSTCON delivers a connected and heartfelt experience for Indonesian audiences. “This concert is a celebration of emotion, nostalgia, and cross-cultural connection for anyone who has ever been moved by K-Drama stories and soundtracks,” she said.
