Jakarta witnessed an explosion of energy and excitement as Thai boy group Superthai took center stage at the Sanuk Siam Festival 2026, themed Jakarta’s 1st Songkran Mini Music Festival. Held on April 25, 2026, at One Bel Park, the event brought a vibrant taste of Thailand’s iconic Songkran celebration to the Indonesian capital—and Superthai made sure it was unforgettable.

From the moment they stepped onto the stage, Superthai captivated the crowd with their dynamic performance and infectious charisma. The group delivered a powerful lineup of their hit songs, including Run the Show, Generate, and Heartbreaker, sending fans into a frenzy. Their stage presence was magnetic, blending sharp choreography with strong vocals that kept the audience fully engaged.
But the night didn’t stop at their own discography. Superthai surprised fans with a diverse setlist featuring covers of popular songs from South Korea and Indonesia. Their renditions of Pandangan Pertama and Alamak were particularly well-received, sparking loud singalongs from the crowd. They also performed tracks like Like Jennie, Hit Me Up, and Moonwalkin, showcasing their versatility and global musical influences.
Adding a personal touch to the performance, the members charmed fans by introducing their Indonesian nicknames—playful identities given by their local supporters. Ninja greeted the audience warmly, saying, “Apa kabar? Aku Asep,” drawing laughter and cheers. Other members followed suit, proudly sharing names like Kaya, Gemas, and Keren, strengthening their bond with Indonesian fans.

This wasn’t Superthai’s first visit to Indonesia, and their familiarity with the audience was evident. Having previously visited with WeTV, the group expressed their appreciation for the unwavering support they receive from Indonesian fans. According to Ninja, the encouraging comments and enthusiasm from fans have been a major source of motivation, especially when preparing special cover performances.
Beyond the concert, the Sanuk Siam Festival offered a rich cultural experience inspired by Thailand’s Songkran celebration. Attendees enjoyed water splashing activities, random play dance sessions, traditional and modern dance performances, as well as Thai food and hobby booths. Organized by Sanuk Mak Thai Space and Sanuk Mak Thai Event, the festival successfully blended music, culture, and community into one lively celebration.
Superthai’s performance stood out as a highlight of the event, leaving fans with lasting memories and a growing anticipation for their return. If the crowd’s reaction was any indication, Jakarta is more than ready to welcome them back again soon.
