It’s hard to believe, but soon CARAT’s wait to meet SEVENTEEN will come true. The SEVENTEEN K-pop boy band concert will be held for two days, on February 8-9, 2025, at the Jakarta International Stadium.
Before meeting your favorite idols, CARAT needs to know the details about how to exchange tickets for a smooth concert experience. Mecimapro, the promoter, has shared detailed information about ticket exchanges through their social media @mecimapro. Here is the important information regarding the concert ticket exchange that you must pay attention to.
Ticket exchanges will be held at the Fun Atrium, Lotte Mall 3rd Floor, Kuningan, Jakarta. The ticket exchange will be open for 6 days with the following schedule:
• Tuesday – Friday, February 4th – 7th (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM WIB): For all ticket categories
• Saturday – Sunday, February 8th – 9th (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM WIB): For all ticket categories
Please note that ticket exchanges can only be done at Lotte Mall on the specified dates. There will be no ticket exchanges at the venue. CARAT must also bring the E-ticket or voucher to exchange for a concert wristband to gain access to the venue on concert day.
For those exchanging tickets through a third party, several documents are required: • Printed E-voucher or proof of purchase • Power of Attorney letter (must be signed and stamped) • Photocopy of the ticket owner’s ID card and photocopy of the person redeeming the ticket’s ID card
Additionally, third parties can only exchange a maximum of 3 E-tickets or vouchers. If they wish to exchange more than three tickets, the third party must join the queue again.
For CARAT who are unsure about how to get to the concert venue, you can use the free shuttle service provided by Mecimapro. This service is available to all ticket holders. CARAT just needs to show the wristband to use the service. You can choose between car or motorcycle services, but keep in mind that this service is limited. CARAT interested in using this service must pay attention to the pick-up and drop-off points:

- Lapangan Parkir Benyamin Suaeb, Jl. Benyamin Suaeb East Pademangan
• Drop-off Point: Shuttle Parking Point (East Ramp of Jakarta International Stadium)
