Kandis Holds Mini Concert in KOREA 360, Performing ‘Playground’ Single and Covering Songs by Tiara Andini and Mahalini

Kandis, a new girl group from South Korea, recently held their mini concert at KOREA 360 in Jakarta. The event, organized by KOCCA Indonesia, became one of the highly anticipated agendas for Gummies (the fanbase of Kandis). For those who don’t know, Kandis is a girl group consisting of four members: Hello, Nine, Venny, and Looky. The group, which debuted on January 15, 2025, released their first album titled Playground, featuring a total of 15 songs.

The group successfully captivated their fans by performing seven songs, two of which are popular Indonesian hits. Their first performance was “Reality,” an edgy melody opened with an impressive dance by Nine and Hello.

Next was “Smiley Face.” True to its name, the single had a cheerful vibe, beautifully complemented by the lovely vocals of the members.

Kandis continued with other songs like “Alice” and “BF.” Not only did they perform tracks from their album, but they also covered two popular Indonesian songs. First, Venny and Looky performed Kupu-Kupu by Tiara Andini, showcasing their fluent Indonesian and energetic dance moves that made the performance even more meaningful. Next, Hello and Nine delivered Sial by Mahalini, with their powerful vocals leaving the fans in awe.

At the end of their mini concert, Kandis performed the title track of their album, Playground, which left their fans completely mesmerized.

Kandis’ performance at the KOREA 360 X Kandis Mini Concert in Indonesia was met with tremendous enthusiasm from the fans present. The clapping and cheers throughout the event clearly reflected the warm reception.

Through this event, it is hoped that the new girl group, Kandis, will gain more recognition. Fans also had the chance to see Kandis’ handprints displayed at COLLECT Town, KOREA 360.
