Bae Min Tae (Ha Jung Woo), once a gang member, now works as a construction laborer. One day, he receives the news that his younger brother, Bae Seok Tae, has passed away. His sister-in-law, Moon Young (Yoo Da In), suddenly goes missing.
While searching for clues about his missing sister-in-law, Min Tae learns about a novelist named Kang Ho Ryeong (Kim Nam Gil). It turns out that his brother’s death was predicted in a novel called Nocturnal Trip written by Kang Ho Ryeong.
Amidst the confusion, Bae Min Tae embarks on an angry and intense quest to uncover the truth behind his brother’s death and the events of that fateful night.
Distributor Barunson Enter & Arts has confirmed that Nocturnal will be released in 158 countries, including Indonesia. In South Korea, the film will be released in theaters starting February 5. The international release date has not yet been announced.
