Set in a remote village near Yogyakarta, the film tells the story of a family patriarch whose ambition to maintain power leads to conflict and catastrophe. The horror begins when Kenes (played by Mikha Tambayong) visits her father, Sadimin (Donny Damara), a renowned herbal medicine businessman, with her family to discuss the future of the family business. Tensions rise as arguments erupt, accusations fly, and Kenes confronts her friend Karina (Eva Celia) about her intentions to marry her father.
