Jakarta, November 18, 2024 – PT Pertamina (Persero) has officially announced the participation of LANY, the indie pop-rock band from Los Angeles, USA, as one of the headliners for the 11th edition of Pertamina Eco RunFest. The event will take place at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina, explained that the inclusion of international artists at the Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024 reflects a commitment to sustainability on both a national and global scale.
“By featuring international artists, we aim to send a global message about the importance of environmental preservation in all activities, starting from supporting decarbonization efforts through carbon neutrality initiatives by Pertamina, managing waste at the event, to promoting the advantages of Indonesian SMEs,” said Fadjar.
“The spirit of sustainability, Energizing The Change, is expected to reach a global audience,” Fadjar added.
LANY will perform on one of the three stages at the event alongside 14 of Indonesia’s top musical acts. Together, they will create the Energizing Music Festival (Eco Fest), showcasing performers from a range of genres.
“There will be special merchandise available, including 50 signed posters from LANY, 25 signed white Pertamina Eco RunFest t-shirts, and 25 signed black Pertamina Eco RunFest t-shirts,” Fadjar revealed.
In addition to LANY, fourteen Indonesian musicians will perform across three stages at the Eco Fest.
On the Eco RunFest Stage (Outdoor stage), the lineup includes Hivi, Happy Asmara, Vierratale, Tipe-X, Juicy Luicy, Mahalini, Maliq & D’Essentials, and Feel Koplo.
On the Energizing You Stage (Indoor stage), there will be performances by Sal Priadi, Tulus, and Tiara Andini.
Finally, at the Green Grove Stage (communal area upstairs), the stage will be graced by Vidi Aldiano, Nadin Amizah, and Reality Club.
“Attendees of the Eco Fest will not just enjoy live music, but also take part in supporting sustainability campaigns in Indonesia,” explained Fadjar.
For participants who have already purchased Eco Fest tickets, wristbands can be exchanged on the same day, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Eco RunFest 2024 event. The gates for Eco Fest will open at 2:30 PM WIB. Attendees need to show their Eco Fest e-voucher purchased via the MyPertamina app.
