TXT released the music video for their song “Do It Like That,” featuring a collaboration with the trio, Jonas Brothers on Friday (7/7)
Despite its simple visuals, TXT’s performance in the music video was captivating, showcasing not only their stunning visuals but also their brilliant vocals, which blended perfectly with the catchy voices of the three of Jonas Brothers’ members.
In an exclusive interview with Soompi, TXT’s leader, Soobin, expressed his excitement about having a musical project with a group as renowned as the Jonas Brothers. Soobin further stated that the melody of “Do It Like That” is perfect for this summer as it has an uplifting quality. Beomgyu even added that the song is great to listen to while driving and doing carpool karaoke with friends.
Yeonjun shared, “I grew up listening to the Jonas Brothers’ music, so I couldn’t believe that we were collaborating like this.” As for his favorite part of the song, he continued, “The chorus gets stuck in your head, and the melody is easy for anyone to sing along to right away.”
Meanwhile, “Do It Like That” has received an overwhelmingly positive response from both TXT and Jonas Brothers fans. This is evident as the song skyrocketed to the top spot on the iTunes Top Songs Chart, dominating in nearly 56 regions, including the United States, France, Mexico, and even Indonesia.
