We The Fest 2024 #WTF24, A Summer Festival of Music, Arts, Fashion & Food, a festival experience by Ismaya Live announced the first stage lineup for its 10th anniversary edition, which will be held on July 19, 20, and 21, 2024 at GBK Sports Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia.
#WTF24 promises an unprecedented celebration, bringing back many of the crowd-favorite activities that have characterized the festival over the years. Visitors can once again enjoy the festive atmosphere that the festival brings. Visitors can take part in exploring different genres of music, and indulge their taste buds with a variety of food. With the art that is presented through the festival and how the audience presents themselves, which is what art is all about. We The Fest has become a melting pot of art and culture where people can be themselves. This year, We The Fest aims to bring back that nostalgic feeling.
For a decade, We The Fest has brought diversity and inclusivity to the festival industry in Indonesia. This year’s edition continues that tradition with an exciting lineup of 27 names already announced, including international and local musicians from various genres. DJ and producer and festival headliner, PEGGY GOU will be making his first ever festival appearance in Indonesia and will be performing his signature tracks such as “Gou Talk”, “It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)”, “Starry Night”, “(It Goes Like) Nanana”, and many more, along with OMAR APOLLO and TURNSTILE, who will be making their long-awaited debut at We The Fest 2024.
In addition, the lineup of international musicians who will perform at #WTF24 will also feature impressive musicians such as ALEC BENJAMIN, HENRY MOODIE, LASTLINGS, OLIVER TREE, TEDDY SWIMS, and XG who will provide a diverse and mesmerizing musical experience for the audience. In addition, Indonesian musicians such as DIPHA BARUS will return to this year’s lineup after his last appearance in 2019. MALIQ & D’ESSENTIALS, who have been performing since the first We The Fest, are also returning to the #WTF24 lineup. Special this year, #WTF24 presents legendary Indonesian musicians, 3 DIVA consisting of Krisdayanti, Ruth Sahanaya, and Titi DJ, who will surely captivate audiences of all ages to sing along.
This year, We The Fest is proud to showcase exceptional talent from Indonesia’s local music scene ranging from new talents worth exploring such as BERNADYA, SATINE ZANETA, and WHITE CHORUS to legendary musicians who have visited the We The Fest stage several times and will bring something new and special to their stage such as, ALI, BILAL INDRAJAYA, NADIN AMIZAH, PEE WEE GASKINS, SAL PRIADI, SORE, TEDDY ADHITYA, THE ADAMS, THE SIGIT, and WHITE SHOES & THE COUPLES COMPANY. Even creative collaborations from Indonesian musicians such as BANK will also appear on the We The Fest stage this year.
REALITY CLUB, one of the breakthroughs of Submit Your Music, is also one of the #WTF24 lineups. Submit Your Music is We The Fest’s pre-event competition that provides a platform for talented musicians to showcase their never-before-heard works and expand into the Indonesian music industry. The winner of this special showcase will be given the opportunity to perform at We The Fest.
We The Fest is more than just music, the audience can come for the music, but they stay for more than that. In celebration of its 10th anniversary edition, We The Fest will once again present Beyond The Music.
All the fun that has happened in previous years can be experienced again by the audience, such as; Carnifun, an area to test your skills and compete with friends in various fun games and activities. Cinema Club, where audiences can take a break from the music and relax with a curated selection of films in the comfort of WTF’s indoor movie theater. Audiences can also immerse themselves in the world of art installations in the Art Village area. Visitors can shop for exclusive items at curated bazaars in the WTF Con area. Ladies Vanity Area, pamper yourself with a variety of beauty products and supplies in the beautifully designed vanity area.
As We The Fest is a music festival for all ages, there will be cozy spaces such as We The Kids, which is a family-friendly area with games, activities and a breastfeeding room for young festival-goers and their families. WTF Park is presented as an area to escape the crowds and relax in a cozy alternative festival venue, last but not least, Eats & Beats, a place where visitors can indulge their taste buds with various culinary delights from Ismaya Group’s best restaurant brands.
Aiming to amplify people’s voices and creativity, We The Fest comes to life with We The Change, where people can get involved in important social and environmental issues through interactive experiences.
