The spectacular event will take place at Gwanghwamun Square in the heart of Seoul on March 21, 2026, just one day after the release of their newest studio album, ARIRANG, which drops on March 20, 2026.

The 1-minute-19-second trailer quickly set the internet ablaze, featuring emotional glimpses of the seven BTS members preparing for their first reunion concert after completing their mandatory military service hiatus.

A Nostalgic Opening Accompanied by “Mikrokosmos”

The trailer for BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE ARIRANG feels like a heartfelt love letter to ARMY around the world.

It opens with a flashback to October 2022, when BTS held their concert Yet to Come in Busan, their final performance before the group entered hiatus.

After that moment, members such as RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook focused on their solo careers, while Jin, the eldest member, enlisted in the military first.

A narrator in the trailer reflects on the long wait:“ARMY had to wait some time before they could see their beloved band again.”

Fans’ voices follow:“That day was really hard.”

“It felt like half of my soul disappeared.”

The emotional tone deepens when Jungkook says:“It’s very emotional. I truly missed ARMY.”

Then Jimin enthusiastically adds:“Let’s go back there!”

The trailer reaches its emotional peak with a heartfelt message from RM:“We promised our fans that we would return. The seven of us together can do anything. Keep swimming.”

These moments unfold alongside a grand orchestral arrangement of the beloved BTS song Mikrokosmos.

The trailer then shows the seven members standing majestically in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace, one of the most iconic landmarks in Seoul.

Bold text appears on screen:

“Witness the Homecoming.”
“The World’s Biggest Band Is Back.”
