Indonesian Adapt surprises Dept with a touching fan project video at a recent event, leaving him emotional and grateful. DEPT’s first-ever concert in Indonesia, titled “DEPT Live in Jakarta,” promoted by SG Street Festival and Bestie Entertainment, was a resounding success on Saturday night. The two-hour concert, which ran from 7 PM to 9 PM, left both fans and DEPT with unforgettable memories.
Throughout the concert, DEPT was continuously amazed by the energy from Indonesian ADAPT. Fans sang along with DEPT during the entire performance, prompting the singer, whose real name is Lee Hojeong, to repeatedly express his love and gratitude in Indonesian, saying “Aku mencintaimu” and “Terima kasih.”
Unbeknownst to DEPT, Indonesian ADAPT had prepared a special surprise: a fan project video. The short video featured fans welcoming DEPT to Indonesia with messages of “Welcome to Indonesia, DEPT,” along with clips of DEPT preparing for his solo concerts in other countries.
The video concluded with a heartfelt message, “We Love You, DEPT,” which left DEPT momentarily speechless. Deeply touched, he shared how moved he was by the fan project, expressing his gratitude to the fans.
Following his Jakarta concert, DEPT will continue his Southeast Asia tour in Malaysia on September 13, 2024, and Singapore on September 15, 2024.
