Jay B, the leader of the K-pop boyband GOT7, held his solo concert in Indonesia today (April 5, 2025) at Kasablanka Hall. The concert, titled “TAPE: RE LOAD”, was a huge success, organized with the support of Melomood Company as the promoter.
The concert was filled with excitement, showcasing Jay B’s extraordinary vocal skills and the infectious energy of his fans. Throughout the event, Jay B performed his solo songs as well as tracks from GOT7.
It wasn’t just Jay B who delivered a spectacular performance. Fans also had the opportunity to share their heartfelt messages with Jay B through a video project that was played and watched together.
Upon watching the fan project, Jay B expressed his deep gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much, I didn’t expect this. I’m really grateful.” He also took note of the fan project that had been prepared for him. At the end of the video project, fans sang along to the lyrics of “Take It Easy”, changing the last line to “Take It Easy, Jay B.”
Jay B was taken by surprise and admitted, “I didn’t expect the lyrics from Take It Easy to be quoted like this. But I’m really thankful, I didn’t know… initially, I didn’t think that’s what I was aiming for when I made the song, but it turned out this way.”
He shared that the words were exactly what he needed to hear at that moment. “I’m doing my best right now, but the bottom line is that those words are the most needed words for me at this point. So, thank you very much,” he said, as the audience cheered him on with loud applause.
Furthermore, Jay B expressed his gratitude for his fans: “I’m also grateful that I can still be here because of all of you. Honestly, I don’t know how long I’ll be able to keep doing this, but no matter how long, I’ll give it my all.”
In a special message to the fans who attended the concert, Jay B said, “I will work hard for you all, because you’re waiting for me and supporting me. Keep reminding me, okay? I’m looking forward to seeing you all.”
