Sungjin Cries During “Zombie,” Urges My Day to Be Open: “If There’s Something You Want to Do, Do It”

The oldest member of DAY6, Sungjin, surprised My Day during the DAY6 3RD WORLD TOUR <FOREVER YOUNG> IN BALI concert.

Sungjin suddenly found himself unable to continue singing “Zombie.” He turned away and wiped his face, overwhelmed with emotion. This moment occurred during the concert promoted by Mecimapro, held at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) on Sunday (October 13, 2024).

The touching incident happened when Sungjin struggled to finish the song.

“It feels so refreshing. So if everyone wants to cry, just go ahead and cry. This isn’t about tears; if there’s something you want to do, do it—don’t hold back,” he expressed.

“So whether you’re happy, sad, or frustrated, let it all out,” he added.

“Thanks to all of you, after such a long time, I can cry. It feels refreshing,” Sungjin continued.

Not only Sungjin, but Young K was also seen crying at the Bali concert. He shared a heartfelt message for My Day.

“You are not alone; if there’s something heavy on your heart, we can face it together. If you’re feeling lonely, know that everyone feels the same,” said Young K.

“And we’re all going through our days together. I hope everyone can listen with that thought in mind,” he added.

The concert concluded with DAY6’s encore performance of “Welcome to the Show.”

Next, DAY6 will continue their concert tour in Surabaya and Jakarta. Keep updated on Kpop news only on todaystageid.
