Famous South Korean actor Ji Chang Wook visited Indonesia again in the Ji Chang Wook Fansign Event in KOREA 360. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) at the Main Atrium of the Korean Cultural Promotion Center in Indonesia, KOREA 360, Lotte Mall Jakarta, on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
Before starting the fansign event, Ji Chang Wook greeted the media crew present and answered various questions given. In addition to talking about the latest project, he also talked about the last Korean drama he starred in, Welcome to Samdalri. The Cho Yong Pil actor said he was proud to be able to wear the name of the legendary Korean singer.
“As you already know, Cho Yong Pil senior can be called the king of singers in Korea who is extraordinary. When I wear that name, it is truly an honor for me,” said the 36-year-old man. And interestingly, Ji Chang Wook became the next South Korean artist to place a palm print or handprint directly at COLLECT Town KOREA 360 Lotte Mall Jakarta.

The 1987-born actor placed his handprints, accompanied by Kim Young Soo, and witnessed by fans who came as well as media partners.
In total, there are 138 handprints of Korean artists and actors in the area of the Korean Cultural Promotion Center in Indonesia, including the handprinting of actor Ji Chang Wook.
Meanwhile, the fansign session was attended by 70 selected people who had completed the entire mission of the ‘K-Drama Product Hunt’ Challenge, as announced through the @korea_360 Instagram account.
In addition, KOREA 360 also prepared 230 exclusive seats filled with selected fans who have completed the same mission. Around 3000 fans have participated in the challenge, showing great interest from Indonesian fans.
The Ji Chang Wook Fansign Event in KOREA 360 was also watched by fans for free at the Main Atrium Lotte Mall Jakarta.
Ji Chang Wook revealed that he really liked the relaxed atmosphere and good weather in Indonesia, and he even praised the beauty of the city and the friendliness of the Indonesian people.
“I really like the relaxed atmosphere and good weather in Indonesia. The cities are beautiful, and there are many interesting tourist and recreational sides. The people are also friendly, and every time I come, I am welcomed wonderfully. Thank you very much,” Chang Wook told the media during his Fansign Press Conference at Lotte Shopping Avenue, Jakarta, on Sunday.

He also expressed his fondness for good Indonesian food and stated that he would like to return to Indonesia to enjoy a longer vacation, especially in Bali.
“I really want to go back to Bali for a vacation. I have been there before, but my visit was too short. I also visited Labuan Bajo, and it was amazing. I hope to go back there again,” he added.
Ji Chang Wook also shared his impression of the warm welcome from his fans in Indonesia. He was happy to be able to interact with the fans and enjoy Indonesian food such as ‘Nasi Goreng’ and ‘Mie Goreng.
Just like the fans, Ji Chang Wook also showed his excitement during the event. He always spread a sweet smile and greeted fans all over the place. Ji Chang Wook also gave his best fanservice during the fansign, doing fan requests.
One of the interesting moments was when there was a quiz where every fan who managed to answer correctly could take a selfie with Ji Chang Wook. There were five people who won the quiz. Wow, thousands of envious eyes saw the winner.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Ji Chang Wook has come to Indonesia. In 2022, Ji Chang Wook also had a fanmeeting and managed to gather thousands of fans at The Hall Kasablanka, Jakarta, Indonesia.
